If you download the MyHealthFabric mobile application software (App), our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) will apply to your use of the App.

The web is an evolving medium and therefore Health Companion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or revise the Legal Terms at any time. Such changes shall not apply retrospectively.   • 9.2Third parties such as your GP, clinicians, hospitals, clinics, NHS organisations, healthcare organisations, Health Coaches and providers and other third parties involved in the provision of your healthcare (Healthcare Professionals) are not Health Companion organisations and we shall not be liable for any information, record, statement, error, act or omission made available by them on the App. We do not police or control the content of any of the aforementioned parties. Each of them shall be responsible for their own information, records, statements, errors, acts and omissions. Nothing in our Legal Terms and EULA shall exclude the liability of Healthcare Professionals whatsoever.

  • 9.3We only supply the Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
